"it just makes me sick" while still healing... the pain inflicted to bob, an 11 year old black lab is unimaginable... "dog's cant speak they can't tell us and that's just horrible."in mid november, the webster county attorney's office says 52 year old gary wilson allegedly threw hot grease on the dog... joseph lemm was among those who were killed, when a suicide bomber on a motorcycle drove into a joint patrol of afghan and coalition forces in bagram, afghanistan. lemm grew up in bernard, iowa, where he spent the first several years of his life before moving with his mother to nebraska... bunting now hangs outside the 50-th police precinct station in the bronx...where lemm worked. friends describe the 15-year n-y-p-d veteran as fun, outgoing, selfless and thoughtful. he served three tours abroad with the national guard, one in iraq and two in afghanistan. lemm leaves behind a wife and two children. the american concept of swift justice -- is being turned on its head -- by the quest to punish those responsible for the nine-11 attacks. it's already been more than a dozen years. and it could be many more -- before justice is finally served. catherine herridge explains. the mothers and fathers who lost children in the 9/11 attacks are dying without ever seeing a trial, as the proceedings at the guantanamo bay military court drag on 14 years
